Today's huge number of reports regarding blogs flagged/locked for the same reason -"Malware and Similar Malicious Content" - suggests misclassification by automated systems. False positives do occur from time to time, but not on this scale. The team has already been notified of this issue, so we'll just have to wait for them to resolve it. In the meantime, please go to your dashboards and click [Request review] in the Info tab (under "Note: this blog has been locked").
If you have multiple blogs linked to your Google account, click the name in the left sidebar to open the menu, and select the one with a red exclamation mark next to its title.

How long will it take for the blog to come back online? It's hard to say, but hopefully no longer than a few hours.
While the blog is in this state, unfortunately, you will not be able to access any of the tabs related to blog management.
